Anja is a registered yoga teacher with a E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certification who has been practicing and studying yoga around the world, completing her 200h teacher training of Yoga Vidya Gurukul in Nasik, India. She holds another advanced 300h certification from Jivani Yoga in Koh Phangan, Thailand. Her love for humanity, nature, traveling, yoga, nutrition, and holistic healing techniques led her to travel and study with teachers from various spiritual lineages. She is also a passionate Reiki and Innerdance facilitator, and since 2020 mother of a little baby boy.
Gentle and kind, yet strong and passionate – these words describe Anja’s nature, her classes, and the way she relates to people. Anja is an authentic yoga teacher, with a calming and nurturing energy, who expresses her creativity and compassion in her classes. She teaches group and private classes, loves to help people with yoga therapy, and organizes inspiring retreats, combining yoga, meditation, energy healing, and nutrition. Anja is passionate about inspiring and helping others to follow their hearts and find their true passion in life.
Anja’s slow flow Vinyasa classes nourish the body, mind, and soul. She skillfully translates the ancient knowledge of Hatha Yoga to modern practice. Anja is adept at elevating her students’ spiritual awareness, and her personal goal is to inspire and make practitioners feel happier. She starts her classes by guiding students through gentle pranayama and meditation so that they may transition to the present moment. Dynamic and energizing sequences are followed by conscious and grounding asana whilst keeping a balance between flexibility and strength, freedom and stability, flow and static, and yin and yang. Anja loves to weave storytelling and alignment onto her yoga teaching.

Selina is an Internationally-Certified Yoga Teacher with over 800 hours of yoga training. She brings her combined knowledge of Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Massage, and Dance into her unique style of teaching. Selina’s teaching style is calm yet energizing. She focuses on the awareness of breath in order to stay present and connect deeply with the practitioners’ personal rhythm. She uses pranayama, meditation, and asana sequencing, all the while incorporating the importance of postural alignment to facilitate a holistic practice.
Selina focuses on both the inner and outer Self. She supports students on their journey to reconnect with the heart and inner guidance and inspires them to follow their true passions in life. Selina sees the body as an instrument and a compass that guides us through life: therefore she is continuously looking for practices leading to deeper, attentive listening to the Self, and empowers people to trust their intuition and expand and grow whilst on their individual path. She embraces her own spiritual journey, learning to live from a deeper place of love.
A Reiki Master and with her knowledge of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, Selina also works with energy, the body, and the Chakra system to support you on your journey to balance and realign your physical, emotional, mental, and energy body.
Finding a balance between strength and mobility, challenge and listening, and freedom and stability, brings the entire being into a state of relaxation – a place from which power and magnetism may rise. Selina uses her life-attained wisdom to support you on your personal journey where deep healing and expansive growth can take place, guiding you through the body towards your inner wisdom.

Paula is a Registered Nurse, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Energy Practitioner. She has a holistic approach to life, which may stem from her magical Irish heritage. Disillusioned with her work as a nurse – finding, time and time again that, when it comes to conventional medicine, treating the symptoms precedes finding the cause, Paula – a long-time practitioner of yoga - became a Yoga teacher. Paula believes strongly that we all have within us the power and capacity to maintain balance in all areas of life – mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Paula spent the last 17 years of her life living on Koh Phangan island, teaching yoga and meditation, training students in Reiki, and giving individual Intuitive Energy Sessions.
She is also trained in African Reflexology, Kinesiology, and works with Flower Essence Therapy. Paula uses a combination of these modalities while working with clients during private session. She also conducts group sessions and Workshops.

Trained in Rishikesh, India, Hazem was drawn to yoga's approach to transcending the ego and opening up the spiritual gateway of purity, bliss and peace within. Hazem's classes are down to earth and meditative, encouraging students to connect with their bodies and cultivate inner unity.
Hazem took yoga after having profound experiences in meditation, and seeking ways to live a healthy lifestyle, live a more spiritually aligned path, and to make it more comfortable to sit in the lotus posture for deeper states of awareness. His passion for yoga lead him to Rishikesh, India, where along with undertaking long meditation retreats, he studied to be a yoga teacher.
He mainly teaches Hatha and Yin Yoga. Along with asana (physical poses) Hatha Yoga focuses on pranayama (mastery of the breath) through a variety of breathing techniques aimed at invigorating, opening up, purifying and calming the subtle energy layers of the body and mind.
Yin Yoga is a more restorative and meditative practice, with emphasis on passive stretching, calming and deeply resting the body and mind, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system which in turn reduces our neurophysiological experience of stress.
With a calming voice, Hazem invites students to explore yin attitudes such as surrender, acceptance, allowing, embracing, listening and letting go to help to facilitate a blissful and harmonious connection to their bodies and essence.
